Preparing daily coil report, doing GRN for RM & Pipes. Stock transfer of pipes from SO to SO or storage location, coordinating with Finance, PPC and Logistics departments for up to date pipe transactions related to GRN or stock transfer. Scrap management for daily basis scrap disposal, preparing vehicle loading sheets, gate pass, Performa invoices, posting of daily scrap deliveries in SAP and coordinating with CPCM for online commercial invoicing in SAP, coordinating with finance department for reconciliation of money transactions from vendors / Customers, coordinating with customers for the regular basis fund transactions and reconciliation of scrap sales. Send / Collect Bids / Quotations / Expressions of interests from Existing Vendors / Customers for new contracts of scrap disposal. Preparing contract letters, note for approvals of contracts for creation of new sales orders or extending existing contracts / sales orders. Reconciliation of Scrap sales / Pipe & Coils GRNs at the end of each quarter or before the audit, preparing stock reports / Inventory reports / MIS and doing physical inventory on behalf of Stores officer / HOD Stores.
Teaching of short computer courses with theory and practical practice to the students, also public dealing for the information of computer related courses, also provide the guidelines to the students for the batter future, how to make future planning, how to choose career etc. Courses were Basic IT course, Advance IT Course, Hardware Basic Course, Office Automation Course; these courses have 10 weeks, 12 weeks, 4 week duration’s consecutively.
Recruiting the new data entry operators for new and ongoing projects, arrange training modules for the new team members, also data entry operating for different and sensitive data entry projects, these projects include private and GOVT online and manual data entry, data analyzing, book and article composing for different websites and clients, proof reading of articles & data entry etc.
