• To ensure all Risk assessments, MSDS, Incident Reports, Periodic site environmental inspections, etc., are available for inspection or audit or anyone need information to ensure compliance with all requirements.

• Experience of operating Centrifugal & Positive Displacement Compressors, Gas & Diesel Engines.
• Monitoring of utilities e.g. CO2 removal system, Furnace oil unloading system & P.C. oil firing nozzles.
• To monitor production targets with maximum plant efficiency & energy conservation.
• Experience of operating PLC based instrumentation & Controls.
• Carry out study surveys on Safety, Environment & Health matters related to company activities & suggest corrective measures to continuously improve all operational areas with established HSE laws.
• Write work instructions & operating procedures in order to reducing downtime & manpower utilization.
• To carryout overall planning, scheduling & monitoring of daily, weekly & monthly progresses.

Three Year Multi-Million Dollar Clinker Project:

Construction, Fabrication, Erection, Installation, Commissioning & startup of PLC based instrumentation & controls over 3300 TPD Clinker Project which includes Vertical Roller Mill 3700, Gas/ Diesel Engines, Centrifugal/ Positive Displacement Compressors, CO2 removal system, Five Stage Pre-Heater, Rotary Kiln.

• Prepare detailed design, technical schedules, client engagement and project deliver
• Prepare all preliminary workings like, feasibilities, presentations, estimations, time span, schedules.
• Prepare progress & cost reports to the high officials of the company on fortnightly basis.
• Supervision, planning, scheduling, budgeting, maintenance & monitoring progress of the project.
• Working as Site In-charge for Installation of Refractory Bricks & Castables.
• Write procedures, work over programs & completion reports of various jobs.
