•Formulate or update project plans including details like project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, schedules, funding & staffing. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
•Skilled in setting up project management office, project appraisal system, project evaluation process and project portfolio management process related to IT software projects.
•Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
•Interact with internal clients at all levels to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions; resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.
•Introduce user training workshops procedure, to ensure efficient use of IT equipment.
•Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
•Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).
•Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel. Establish and execute a project communication plan.

Technical Management
•Manage the department with primary roles of recommending technical, functional and commercial expertise, familiar with and can perform all levels of tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
•Design and develop proposals for business functionality according to existing and future needs.
•Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. Easily recognize system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
•Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to clients.
•Create and execute development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•Keep project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager. Manage development lifecycle and administering technical risks throughout the project.
