IT Administrator/Desktop Support Engineer at NewHorizons CLC Dubai, UAE from September 2014 - Current date
o Working as IT Admin/Support Engineer for NewHorizons Computer Learning Center.
o NewHorizons is one of the leading IT training Company in the world, and our current franchise include
branches in Abu Dhabi(UAE) and Middle East Countries.
o Primary IT engineer for providing technical support and system administration to different departments.
o Was first point of contact for all users and, planned and implemented lab build-outs, server upgrades, inventory tracking, and equipment replacement.
o Current task include IT support to all the company employees which(ranges from hardware support to software
support)
oI also look after the day to day setup of all the training provided in company(setting up machines for the student to perform their labs, which include setting up servers and client machines)
oImportant task include:
Configure Windows server 2008/2012 ( Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange)
Configure Domain controller and DNS server
Configuring Virtualization Technologies(VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Oracle Virtual Box)
Configuring and Support of Microsoft Application(Outlook, Excel etc)
Os installation(windows, Linux)
Antivirus Installations
Server Backup and Recovery
Company helpdesk portal( where the employees register their complaints)
Hardware related problems(Motherboard, RAM, SMPS etc)
Printer( Laserjet, inkjet) installation and troubleshooting( HP, Toshiba, Canon, Konica Minolta)
Gathering system information and creating documentation

o Worked as Networking/IT support executive for Fabcoder’s where my responsibilities included giving networking and customer support to C# .Net based ERP, retail and inventory based software Swift Retail
My duties included providing remote technical support to client in Norway.
• Network Engineer at Prime Computers Goa from June 2013 to June 2014
o Worked as Network Engineer for Prime Computers Goa.
o Prime Computers have a contract with Dimension Data India ltd. Dimension data looks after networking technology of State Bank Of India, Canara Bank, IDBI, Federal Bank, Axis Bank.
o I also looked after networking issues, lease-line connectivity, Router installation and trouble shooting, switch installation, and other IT technologies
o Prime computers handle the Goa region of State Bank of India. Prime computers also looks after LAN setup of all above banks, troubleshooting, providing new network points, router installation, switch installation.
o Prime Computers also undertake LAN setup of private parties.
