CSV Conversion
The System Converts CSV Files to something the System can read and save to itself. This relies on a set of configuration tables instead of pure coding to cater to a wide range of client payroll files. This was created when the IT Group discovered it was easier and more cost effective to have a universal uploading module that minimizes User Input and Validation.
FTP TO VFP
The System automates text files from a third party HRIS Vendor to be uploaded to the local system. The System includes Automatically Downloading the Files and Decrypting them using Java and Uploading them to the local system using Visual Foxpro, lastly, the System sends the log files to the stakeholders via EMAIL. All these tasks are ran from a BAT File using Windows Task Manager.
