The total Business Responsibilities to be taken care by COO of the group but the followings are the core responsibilities in summarized form for the position to be evaluated -
- Long Term Planning for different wings of the Group
- Yearly Business Plan and finalize Operational Plan
- Establish different business wings as separate SBU
- Ensure Business Growth and Profitability
- Fine tune Business Operation in Chittagong
- Ensure Business Expansion in Dhaka including Land Procurement
- Look after regular Operation of Chittagong (4 days) and Dhaka (2 days)
- Financial Management of regular Operation and reduce financial Liabilities
- All Operational and Financial Approvals, Costing and Pricing Approvals
- Ensure cost effective operation and cost control maintaining Quality Construction
- Taking care of HR Development of different groups
- Guidance to existing legal disputes and protect the same for future
- Look after the progress of Special Projects in hand like Ressort, Cottage, Duplex
- villa, Clubs, Low cost housing, business expansion to other potential districts
- Finalize Yearly Evaluation, increment and promotion
- Explore the business opportunities
- Long Term Planning, Strategy development for the entire business, Financial Feasibility of every real estate project, Ensure Profitability
- Decision making and Providing Direction to all operations of the functional departments as a member of Board of Directors
- Business Development through joint venture development and purchase of Land
- Land procurement and negotiation with the Joint venture partners and land purchase
- Pricing Strategy & Regular Price Review for the projects
- Execute Business Feasibility and expansion of Real Estate Operation in different areas and new markets over the potential areas of the country
- Operational Setup for the Business Expansion in new cities
- Marketing Communication - Media, Non-media, design development, tele-marketing, event management etc.
- Market research - perceptual survey, feasibility study for business expansion, level of satisfaction of the customers
- Sales trend follow up, review strategy & implementation
- Recruitment of Sales & Marketing Dept., Business Development dept.
- Business Diversification
- Develop the Customer Service Operation
