Participate in setting the policies of compensation and benefits across the region

Carry out job analysis projects to draft accurate job descriptions

Build the employees database and various HR records and filing systems.

Keep employees records up to date by processing employees status changes in a periodic way.

Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current labor law.

Ensure new bir documents are completed and processed

Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules and any related cases

New condidates interviews (Entry level)

Fermeer that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current labor law.

Management of on-going events, sampling program and workshops

Coordinate projects schedules, resources, equipment and information.

Provide administrative and logistic support to the key projects Managers and their teams during the different stages of the projects.

Act as the point of contact and communicate projects status to all participants.

Archive and maintain all projects documentations, plans and reports.

Generate periodic reports that explain the projects status
