Monitor and Supervise HVAC Preventive Maintenance Contracts
• Applying quality policies of the services provided by the technicians to facilitate a high standard and raise the customer satisfaction index.
• Supervise and co-ordinate for supply, installations of mechanical services for HVAC machines as per ASHRAE regulations
• Applying and evaluate Key performance indicators and analyzing performed work for optimum utilization of labor
• Review reports for quality control and recommend the necessary training
• Studying project information to determine responsibilities of workers
• Using measurements programs to monitor the productivity of labour
• To take overall responsibility for the work of all personnel employed by the service provider for the execution of the contract and providing them with the necessary materials and information to enable them to carry out their duties
• Realize pursuit of the satisfaction of the client, solving possible incidences and detecting new business opportunities or added to the already employed services.
• Responsible for implementing the maintenance procedures to be followed in accordance with the operating and maintenance manuals, the planned maintenance system and any other recommendations that become necessary over time.
• Have the ability to lead technical root cause investigations and elaborate comprehensive technical reports.
• Monitor & ensure compliance with the policies and regulations adopted by the organization in the management of the contract, in its scope of activity.
• Following Permit to Work procedure and ensuring the staff under me and subcontractors are following these requirements
1. Preparing plans and design shop drawings using computer-aided design (CAD),
2. Carrying out calculations & design.
3. Attend technical meetings with client and with the consultant.
4. General review with the Senior Design Engineers of other disciplines, all MEP layouts in order to highlight any problem that might occur.
5. Supervise and co-ordinate for supply, installations of mechanical services for HVAC (Air-conditioning units & Mechanical fans) including all trade of works.
6. • Plan and execute all installation, testing & commissioning works through technical and operational supports.
7. To support & assist in projects installation, servicing & maintenance under contract basis.
8. Over-see site testing and commissioning procedures • on site quality control of piping and System Integrator (HVAC equipment / chillers).
9. Liaise with consultant, Vendors, HVAC/AC technician and client on day to day basis on project issues.
• Applying engineering policies for installation, modification, inspection and maintenance according to engineering principles and safety standards
• Assign functions and responsibilities for technicians
• Improve specifications for manufacture, and materials selection
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Studying project contracts information to setting workers duties and to identify the scope of work
• Developing work measurement tools to get optimum labor utilization
• Designing projects mechanical equipment, machines, components, and review consultant drawing for construction
• Enhance specifications for selecting equipment, piping, valves and layout of plant
• Inspecting plant to ensure optimum performance is maintained
• Coordinating the requirements of new designs as per ASTM, and review surveys for preventive maintenance schedules.

Certified as Mechanical Engineer with 62% of total marks , finished 208 units of credit hours BSc program in discipline of Power Mechanical Engineering , finished my project with grade "Excellent" in Meteorological Weather Station , and trained in Four different companies during study .
