- Collaborates with clients, contractors & design team to discuss & resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints & construction or design issues.
- Prepares, supervises & approves the development of PEP & its implementation plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented.
- maintain communication & attend meetings with clients, architects & contractors & their representatives on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress.
- Preparing progress reports & issuing schedules to clients & defining clear roles & responsibilities & deliverable requirements.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & evaluating construction processes according to schedule, and specifications & Ensures adherence to the budget & when unexpected complications or issues arise, make quick & necessary adjustments.
- Conduct document quality assurance & safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable & that tools & equipment are in good working condition.
- Conducting site visits regularly during construction to carry out work & quality inspections, check materials & ensure staff are following health & safety guidelines.
- Review the work progress on daily basis. & ensuring the construction process starts & ends on time for each activity & ensuring daily & weekly deadlines are met.
- Monitor construction productivity & schedule performance & investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations & institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and reviewing design packages.
- Receive comments & queries and coordinate between project’s stakeholders.
- Working on finding solutions for any discrepancies or missing information to finalize the necessary
design documents against all related disciplines in the project.
- Ensuring compliance with client’s & operator’s requirement
- Ensuring compliance with the latest, International codes & standards, local authorities’regulations
and construction norms and procedures.
- Review, reply and approve engineering works, pre-qualifications, RFI’s, shop drawings, Method
Statements, RPA’s, materials, schedules, and technical submittals by the contractor
- Assist in finding solutions for any issues face the contractors during construction processes
- Coordination with MEP services to assure the submitted documents satisfying project’s needs.
- Manage, lead and attend progress, technical or coordination meetings/workshops with the
client, operator, stakeholders, contractor & subcontractors to ensure proper coordination
between all project disciplines and site activities.
- Develop comprehensive progress, technical and financial reports and support the tender
process.
- Responding to bid queries and evaluating bids, claims and variation orders.
- Working on and reviewing value engineering reports to achieve client’s satisfaction and fulfill his
expectations with a high quality cost-effectively.
- Undertake overview supervision duties on site and conduct daily/weekly site walks to ensure the required quality for
execution in compliance with the approved engineering works and scope baseline.
- Follow up architectural activities and critical path charts to ensure achieving completion date of
the project.

● created the Exterior and Interior Design and implementation supervision of 360 Café,
Manchester, UK.
● Created Interior Design for Majlis in Prince Yazied Al Saud’s Palace, Riyadh, KSA.
● Created Interior Design for Princess Sarab Al-Rasheed’s Villa, Ain Al-Soukhna, Egypt.
● Created Interior Design for 360 café London, UK.
● Full design and execution for interiors and exteriors for Dishes Restaurant in Maadi, Cairo.

- Prepared all construction shop drawings and 3D Model for the project.
- Handled the coordination between the consultant and the company as the main Contractor.
- Coordinating with the consultant to find solutions for any issues faced during Construction.
- Supervising construction process on sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Preparing submittals for shop drawings, the subcontractor’s submittals, materials submittals, approvals.

● Designed the Exterior facades for the following projects:-
- Commercial: Success Company Headquarters, DonDiego Clubhouse - El Watany Bank and Festival
Café.
- Residential: Safa Residence Apt. Building.
- Retail: 4 Playmobil Stores, Mr. and Mrs. Studio, ABSORBA Store, HP Store, GB Auto Showroom.
● was in charge of designing the Interior elevations of the following projects:-
- Commercial: C.C.G Head Office, Amadeus Head Office reception, Plus Head Office, Royal House
Hypermarket, Mass Egypt Factory G.M Office, Famco tours.
- Educational: New Horizon educational center.
● Plotted the Outdoor Landscape of the following projects:-
- Hotel: Hannoville Hotel beach.
- Park: DAMAC Hyde Park Activation Club
- Roundabouts: Al-Shwaifat, Moustafa Mahmoud and Al-Gezira roundabouts all with DAMAC
branding
- Residential: the entrance of Orouba Royal Compound
- Educational: the approach of Arab Academy For Science And Technology
● Created Booth designs for the following companies:-
- Commercial: Hyundai, Mazda, Amadeus, FOTON, GB Auto, HeadLine Print House and GSMA
- Medical: Sirona, Medi Tech, Orchidia and Abbott.
- Residential: ORASCOM C.I, Hassan Allam, Al-Akareya
● Handled to come up with creative decorative solutions for the following events:-
- Zien Annual Event, Volvo FMX Trucks Event, Novartis Egypt Annual Event, Amadeus Annual Event
and Jeep New Wrangler Release’s Event, Cairo Stock Exchange, Nile Stock Exchange, Cairo
Festival City Project Launch, DAMAC Hyde Park Project Launch and DAMAC Gamsha Bay Project
Launch.

● Al-Wukair compounds, Doha, Qatar.
(Mega housing project with over 9500 mixed residential typical units)
- Handled the coordination with project’s consultant.
- Prepared necessary shop drawings for construction.
- Assisted the architects and engineers on site with any issues faced during construction.
- In charge of quality control checking and reporting.
- Handled site coordinates points and site leveling drawings.
