Start Working on PARSONS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED as a Quantity Surveyor on PWA project.

Currently working in REDCO INTERNATIONAL W.L.L Qatar from 22nd November 2018 till date as Project Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibility:

1. Price Forecast the Cost of the Different Materials Needed for the Project.

2.Preparation of bill of quantities of Building, Roads, Car Parking and Landscaping’s Works
3.Working of Contractor Commercial Proposal as per new Instruction from Client.
4.Preparation of claims for additional items.
5.Quantity takes up for different material during tendering stage..
6.Working on Project Budget.
7. Project Cost Controlling.
8.Checking and verification of Sub Contractor Running Bill and variations
9.Checking and reviewing the variation orders.

1. Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure Cost and Budget including verifying and checking of invoices and claims of Consultants and Contractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
2. Measurements, Analysis, Evaluation of the works in according with the Contracts Documents & FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.
3. Working on Variations Orders and Rate Analysis
4. Attending Meeting Regarding Invoices & Estimations.
5. Preparation of detailed cost Estimates and BOQs.
6. Preparation & working on contract documents for Sub Contracts.
7. Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal Project Management team as and when required.
8. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
