I lead the Company Finance Organization, provide the CCO with financial management services and manage the finance function at the Company level, support the Financial control Director in consolidating corporate accounts, by closing my Company's accounts, by maintaining financial integrity, consistency and control, by minimizing financial risk, in enforcing approved policies and procedures, and by producing and analyzing finance management reports.

• Communicate and share financial information with the executive team.

• Develop collegial relationships with other Subsidiary Finance Managers.
• Demonstrate leadership by acting as the "integrator" across functions in my subsidiary & interfacing with other executives. Internal Performance Motivator
• Facilitate empowerment of people: I coach employees on increasing their performance and eficiency and increasing operating eficiency and margins.
• Support the recruitment and development of finance professionals in my subsidiary, subject to the approval of my Finance Director.
• I regularly plan and review work with my team; I ask for and action staf feedback; I acknowledge progress and celebrate success with my team and individuals. Leader of the Subsidiary Finance Organization
• Oversee the subsidiary finance function and staf.
• Support the subsidiary CCO to focus on strategic priorities. Customer
• Lead my subsidiary finance organization to provide financial management and information to all stakeholders. Operations
• Support business development in macro-assessment of external environment including identifying industry issues, supplier & client analysis, and benchmarking.

Finance
• Identify common functions and services that are provided for my subsidiary, identify departments that use them, and assign cost drivers for each type of expense and do allocation accordingly.
• Chart of Account maintenance process including create/disable a child account from the chart of accounts.
• Maintain the 7th segment at child level of the chart of accounts.
• Check and approve travel advances and expenses.
• Obtain authorization and approval for bank transfer letters/online payments for foreign suppliers.
• Obtain authorization and approval for LCs.
• Manage the suppliers' purchase rebate and other kind of income processes according to their contract.
• Close & reconcile the sub feeder system (account payable, fixed asset, Inventory and account receivable) vs. General Ledger.
• Close general ledger and produce subsidiary financial statements .
• Review payroll for my subsidiary employees.
• Review payment to suppliers for my subsidiary.
• Analyze and define management reporting requirements for the subsidiary.
• Support preparing the annual budget for my subsidiary.
• Action feedback from stockholders on finance services at my subsidiary. Strategic Planner
• I support in the identification of performance gaps, benefit cost evaluation of opportunities, and the selection of opportunities to pursue at my subsidiary. Policy Enforcer
