• Authorizing, Monitoring & Cancelling of E-wakala (visa) through Enjaz System to Agencies / Candidates in respective countries.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
• Preparing and forwarding the recruitment documents to various agencies for visa endorsement and Emigration Clearance. (Demand letter/POF/EC).
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
• Preparing Interparty agreement as per agreed commercial terms and forwarding it to agency.
• Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate sourcing, to Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Reports and update monthly KPI & Recruitment Process Reports for All Onboard Candidates.
