Prepare and deliver solutions design workshops to relevant stakeholders in order to communicate with end users and
compile detailed business requirements.
Analyze, revise and define business/functional requirements (including the development of requirements modeling) in
order to identify essential technology enablers needed and lay a solid foundation for successful documentation of
technical requirements.
Elicits and clearly documents business and systems requirements.
Supports product and other teams within the organization providing and sharing expert knowledge of designated areas.
Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance
testing with the support QA.
Analyses and translates business requirements to identify impacts, trends and gaps
Responsible for Analyzing core banking system (iMAL) Coordinate, monitoring to ensure meet business requirements.
Follow up all policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions of the Business Analysis Department
And ensuring that work is carried out in a disciplined and consistent manner
Coordinate with core banking vendor for issues, new requirements and system up-gradation and application tuning.
Communicate regularly with the IT Planning and Enterprise Architecture department in order to understand and align
with strategic priorities to the users and Analysis of user requirements.
Collaborate with relevant IT teams, identify solutions using workflow diagrams and drawings, study system
capabilities and capabilities, etc. in order to meet specific requirements
Receive change requests related to existing solutions and make recommendations for actions to be taken and follow
up accordingly.
Provides higher-level support in response to user problems, difficulties and questions regarding system functionality,
operations, input/output, reporting and general operational procedures for the core banking system.
Understands and negotiates feature needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders and realization in project
operation delivery.
Work with different branches to identify their software needs and requirements.
Assist in the development of detailed work streams for the Authority's activities in accordance with the comprehensive
business procedures framework to enable the development of business and technical specifications
Use business analytics to introduce recommended operational improvements
Prepare reports on business analysis activities in order to highlight weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
