• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance.
• Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
• Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures; participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Participate in the preparation and administration of the facility maintenance budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures; prepare cost estimates; submit justifications for equipment; monitor budget expenditures.
• Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement; prepare specifications and contracts for contract services.
• Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques
• Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate construction projects, remodels, and other special projects
• Assist in the preparation of various contracts, requests for proposals, and reports.
• Perform the more technical and complex tasks of the work unit
• Attend and participate in professional group meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of facility maintenance; incorporate new developments as appropriate into programs
• Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services
• Answer questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints

• Ensure that all equipment especially the Air compressor, Lifters and Spray booths are maintained in good condition. Minimize repair turnaround time by conducting a summary of required maintenance parts per equipment. Execute basic repair works prior to extent of damage on the equipment and observing safety and 5’S during the course of repair.
• Maintain repair and service records for all equipment
• Prioritize, plan, organize and perform repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Conduct spare parts inventory
• Order/ purchase parts and services for repair and maintenance of equipment
• Communicate to Supervisors all problems and issues related to equipment failure for quick resolution
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed by self and others

• Knowledge in SAP (systems application in data processing)
• Monitoring of technician, lead man & contractor daily IN & OUT
• Prepares service documentation (Billing requests for General & Body repair)
• Prepares monthly Back job report
• Monitoring of office supplies
• Handles Phone calls, E-Mail, Honda TXT (send text messages thru computer based text text program)
• (for inquiries on repair status of unit, product updates, appointments, labor rates & others)
• Handles Paging System (for associates & announcements)
• Handles Radio communication (two-way radio receiver)
• Handles Reports (Daily, monthly weekly etc.)
• Handles training for new product updates and training modules

• Area of responsibilities : South Metro Manila, Quezon - Bicol region
• Conducts quality inspection for after sales motorcycles
• Analyze and Process warranty application of motorcycle dealer
• Reports and discuss different motorcycle engine parts which needs to improve and for modification purposes
• Conducts trainings and seminar for dealer and mechanic on proper maintenance and product orientation of motorcycles
• Promotes proper maintenances and checkup of motorcycle for the customers
• Discuss technical aspects of motorcycle engine on how it works and how to counter problems that may arises as they use motorcycle.
