Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Oversees and participates in the compilation and analysis of data (e.g., soil, vegetation, drainage) affecting the environmental impact of landscaping projects
Plans and develops landscape designs on large-sized, complex projects
Functions as team leader in the coordination of internal and contracted landscape
architect activities
Prepares and reviews detailed plans, drawings and specifications ensuring compliance with City ordinances
Reviews and approves payment vouchers submitted by contractors, ensuring requests reflected work performed according to contract specifications
Compiles and prepares comprehensive reports on the status of landscaping projects
Training of landscape architect staff
Technical assistance and reference
Update and prepares city guide criteria and specification

Duties and Key Responsibilities,
• Prepares detailed design, construction shop drawings, models and cost estimates
• Solve and provide the client technical queries and requirement
• Worked with the client and his advisers to ensure that all design missing and modification are
captured at the design and sufficient for construction.
• Inspection of work to conforms the matches with the approved plans, specifications, and
standards; including - grading, irrigation systems, water lines, curbs and gutters, drive ways,
sidewalks, turf, landscape materials, trees and shrubs.

Medical Center expansion
• Prepared the conceptual master plan of the Royal Commission festivals Park, which
presently used for the as Yanbu RC flower festival.
Worked with Aloula development & Real estate Group as a freelancer Landscape architect, in
preparing the urban and landscape design concept master plan for Ajdan al khobar
Waterfront project, that includes towers, beach, Commercial plazas and marina boating
activities and societies Designing of , the roundabout landmarks in the half-moon area at Al-Khobar, The Rehabilitation of the town center of Al Qatif City, The Rehabilitation of the Ground water eyes in AL-Hasaa city and alkhobar waterfront ....etc
