• Optimized a Project Plan by using a relationship to overlap activities, adding resources to reduce durations, breaking down long activities, changing a calendar assignments and schedule dates such as planned start, must be finish by, finish date, data date, actual start date & actual finish date.
• Reviewed purchase orders, scheduled values, Budgeted contracts, cost analysis and daily report.
• Ensured All Field Required Documents are Obtained Prior to Starting the Work Such as method statement, Excavation Plan/Design/Check List and project schedule handed over to execution manager for project execution.
• The Project scheduled status are updated in order to reflect the current status of each activity continues by monitor and document activity status information, collect progress and as built dates of activities, input activity status and calculate the schedule, review analyze update schedule, revise logic and activities as required and execution next period work Plan under project execution and control.
• Risks and Hazards Are Eliminated, Mitigated, and Controlled That Clearly Understood by personnel.
• Conducting Weekly Progress Review Meeting with personnel to Monitor and Evaluate the Work Progress of All On-Going Projects as Well as to Decide the Look Ahead Planning and Scheduling for The Coming Week and updated to stakeholders.
• Ensured All Personnel Are Working for Assigned Projects Are Certified as Per Saudi Aramco Standard Requirement.
• Coordinated with proponent, Inspection unit, Engineering Units to Resolve the Issues Related to Project Execution.
• Obligated sub-contractor to Conduct Daily Toolbox and Weekly Safety Awareness Meeting with personnel.
• Conducted Field Visit to Check Work Progress, Quantify Completed Work & Project Scheduled Compliance.
• Inspected and Ensured That Work Is Executed as per Relevant project scope of work it’s Standard and Specification.
• Submitted Signed Cancel & Supersede to Project Planning Unit for Any Field Changes Discovered the Additional Services.
• Completion of Project Work and Settlement of Contractor Dues Communicated with proponent, Inspection and Project Planning Unit for Project Closure.
• Facilitated the contractor completion certification and reviewed and Approved Contractor, sub-contract billing Partial/Full Payment and Service Entry Sheet processed using SAP system.
