Embarked on a supervisory role for managing civil works in all power plant, power station and substation, approved by TRANSCO in Abu Dhabi.

• Analyzing project needs, establishing project management strategy, and recommending appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control.
• Organizing, directing and evaluating purchase activities, maintaining uninterrupted flow of materials - to support project development schedules.

Key Responsibilities as Civil Site Engineer, Deputy Site Manager (Jan 2007- Oct 2008):
• Defined project objectives and plans, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements and assigning field-specialists.
• Monitored, managed and directed the assigned project resources to over come “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost.
• Explained to the clients the soundness of the chosen architectural solution. Reviewed and verified designs for compliance with key engineering fundamentals as well as local statutes and bylaws.
• Secured approval from relevant authorities, ensured conformance to approved design and architectural specifications.
