• Managing all the marketing activities of the company. Preparing suitable marketing tools based on the market condition to achieve the sales target, clearance of slow moving items, coordinating with PR Company to promote the company brands.
• Independently manage end to end exhibition activities if company participating in exhibitions globally. Coordinate with exhibition organizers, contractors and the company sales and marketing head for the approval of stand design, exhibition display items etc.
• Act as relationship manager for B2B customers. Responsible to manage their new order from end to end and resolve all the queries and complaints if any.
• An escalation point to resolve customer issues within the specified time following all the company procedures with regard to refund policy, warranty terms and condition.
• Point of contact to prepare the quotation for all the sales enquires for the small scale to big scale projects.
• Responsible to resolve all issues related to delivery, coordinating with warehouse manager and sales executives, sale managers and regional sale manager.
• Arranging necessary training for all the sales staff and warehouse team time to time based on the requirements.

Projects Managed:
• ETI Automation Project (KATE): Automating current day to day activities of ETI data teams. This project followed the Agile methodology and I worked as a scrum master to lead the sprint activities and also worked as project manager for the project.
• Elektron Migration: Thomson Reuters’ proposed next generation real-time data network, replacing IDN (old network). Aiming to improve performance on throughput and latency. Responsible to manage the migration end to end.
• DTIG migration: To provide backward compatibility of Elektron data with assistance from the Elektron head-ends to support IDN client.
• New Venue: On boarding new exchange to Thomson Reuters data network.
• Technical Day1- Perform technical and non-technical changes at Thomson Reuters end, when Stock Exchanges move deferent platform to avoid data loss to our client.
• Marketing Day1 - Supporting additional/New instruments on Thomson Reuter’s product as and when exchanges introduce.
• News Development team migration: Successfully migrated the work of London news development team to Bangalore development team.

Duties and Responsibilities as Project Manager:
Responsible to prepare project documentations like Scope Document, Project Requirements Statement, Project Plan (schedules using Ms Projects), Communication plan, Change and Enhancement List, Risk register, Defect Management List, BCR, FFL, PLT etc.
• Planned and managed projects using both Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
• Created milestones based on the scope details in order to sequence deliverable prior to the start of the project.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
• Work with Tech Ops Manager to engage Development and QA resource and coordinate with operation managers to assign the required resources to the project. In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Work closely with development, QA, Business Analyst & Content functional resource managers to gather commitment and track & manage project deliverables.
• Managed CR & ER `s & assess the impact to project scope, create contingency plans to mitigate any slippage to SOU in discussion with business owners.
• Monitored actual progress, compare to baseline and report project status against schedule, keep leadership apprised of project changes, milestone delays, risks & mitigation on monthly PLT`s & steering group meetings.
• Prepare the presentations and present the project status on monthly basis to Project Leadership Team and the other stake holders.
• During and post the migration responsible to train the affected teams on new applications or new networks or new work methods.
• Prepare the required documents on new method of work and draft the new work process on the changes implemented based on project requirements.
• Trained the non-Project Management teams on project management process.
