As an area manager, I am responsible for generating and managing business for Fire Projects & System Vertical of Ceasefire in Mumbai. Further, I am responsible for coordination between clients, design, estimation and project & technical team with the use of CRM & ERP softwares.
As a new initiatives manager, I was responsible for researching, presenting and implementing strategic managerial initives to improve the operations, procurement and sales of the organization .
Responsible for generating institutional sales via corporate tie-ups,
* Research potential clients and generate leads for institutional sales of Cadbury’s seasonal products
* Create and negotiate deals with corporates to strengthen institutional tie-ups for festive season sales
* Manage pan-India distribution for institutional deals by collaboration with the company’s distributors
* Facilitate liaison between company’s procurement spots and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
and sale completion
As an intern, I was trained in export business development under the Director’s mentor-ship. My role included the following,
• Lead the company’s at an international exhibition; iPHEX-2015 and managed the complete event
• Research foreign clients and segment them according to their business requirements
• Formulate and develop sales process for export business and lead sales team at the exhibition
• Develop content for international market in co-ordination with scientific and design team
• Assist the Director in board meetings, dealings and negotiations pertaining to international business
Responsible for planning and implementation of marketing strategy for Cetking in western Mumbai region.
Key responsibilities assigned were as follows,
* Devise and implement marketing and promotional plans for the services of the firm
* Build and manage institutional tie-ups with B-schools for promotions of their courses
* Monitor the digital marketing activities and suggest timely changes to the same
* Develop new channels (digital/in person) to generate potential leads and boost the sales of the
company's services
Achievements
* Increased the sales of two centers by 35% in a period of three months from Oct’13 to Dec’13
* Contributed to business expansion of Andheri center by physical repositioning and promotions of that
center
