Handling the responsibility of updating the Daily Progress Report.
o Labor Management and Planning of the ongoing construction works at site & finalizing the
Finishing Works where necessary.
o Responsible for construction of launching shaft with Shotcrete lining, wire mesh and rock bolt
supports.
o Setup of site and services required for MTBM drive (grouting plant ventilation system, water
supply, muck handling etc.) on surface according to approved drawings.
o Ensuring proper implementation at site of the approved construction design, drawings,
methodologies, work procedures with quality, health and safety requirements.
o Responsible for checking segment defects/repairs and maintaining concerned documents for the
same.
o Responsible for maintaining record for consumption of materials and estimating the further
requirements.
o Responsible for preparation of Daily/Weekly Progress Reports and recording all activity details at
site.
o Responsible for updating and maintaining record of cycle times and tunnel productivity.
o Ensuring optimal manpower productivity and equipment availability to facilitate the tunnel
progress and shaft works.

o An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem
solving & organizational abilities
