I’m currently responsible for two projects
My job role is :
Coordinating with the procurement department to choose
the suitable subcontractors and revising their contracts before issuance

handle sub-contractors invoices, client Invoices, Cost control, Engineering coordination, Quantity Surveying, revising design drawings, coordinating with other trades.

Handling the bank facilities and processing LCs and other related issues from the engineering and commercial perspective

My Job Role is :
o Verify that the project and client quality requirements are in compliance with quality standards and quality program requirements for products and services provided.
o Identify and report quality issues or trends in the assigned area or product based on data from a variety of sources as (ITP, method statement, data sheet, Q.C.S., .…etc.).
o Perform inspections for structural & finishing works.
o In charge of The Consultant Engineer’s inspections, NCRs and other work procedures.
o Recommend and/or verify implementation of appropriate corrective actions for quality issues, in coordination with program management, engineering, purchasing, construction management and others.
o Prepare QA/QC manuals, plans, and/or procedures, and coordinate their review.
o Review documentation related to product quality in the assigned area, such as quality manuals & procedures, technical deliverables, test procedures & operation sheets, purchase orders and subcontracts.
o Provide support to management as directed for quality activities related to internal or external organizations (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and others).
o Perform other functions associated with this position as appropriate and directed by management.
o Coordinate and participate in mechanical and electrical works.

o Supervise the ongoing construction works making sure that all activities are executed according to design drawings, method statement, ITP and Q.C.S.
o Perform site inspections, raise site instructions and NCRs.
o Coordinate with other trades making sure that all releases are accomplished and there will be no conflicts.
o Participate in more mechanical and electrical works.

o Construct the project as per design drawings and project specifications (according to time schedule).
o Perform daily and weekly reports regarding site progress and subcontractors.
o In charge of making the invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
o Carry out quantity surveying.
o Supervise the quality and maintain a safe work environment.
o Handle the consultant inspections and other duties.

Supervising the laying of concrete slabs of more than 1 meter in thickness, reinforcing and carpentry works, as well as the Diafram (50 meter depth retaining walls of the metro station), soil injection, insulation, Preparing for TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) and other works for the construction of metro stations.
