Calculating sell thru based on sales performance & share the same to buyers which helps them while taking buying decision.
Weekly analyzing of stock reports so as to know the best and worst sellers.
Store visits : To analyze the floor situation in terms of stock, VM, Staff, promotional activity
Maintaining Reports for analyzing sales, stock levels, stock turns & re-order demand.
Analyzing the Previous Season’s sale and reporting on the current season’s sale.
Using ‘BRIO’ and ‘ERP’ tools to record sales figures, analyzing data and undertaking forward
planning.
