Instant thinking and taking steps communicating with team members regarding any urgency and liquidity of supply.Handel all procedure in regards of international shipment such as opening L/C, fixing time of shipment communicating with supplier.Communicate effectively with the F & B control and team to serve the best output to the company.Inspect quality of goods on arrival and report to senior, taking steps if there is a balance of probability or unsatisfied quality.Communicating with outlet manager or in charge about the supply and stock in outlet.Communicating with inventor control regarding internal transfer of stock.

Handle customer queries /comments to ensure customer satisfaction is obtained. Seek new opportunities to drive and create additional sales.Maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater to customer demands. Maintain hygiene standards and monitor regular quality checks for the outlet. managing staff schedule to ensure optimum staffing at all times.Communicate effectively with the team, passing on all relevant information at the right time.
