Lead the human capital function for India & Middle east
Managing design development & delivery of talent management strategies for the business.
Assessing insights, trends through data analysis for talent management of top talent.
Conducting talent planning discussions and provide inputs on future key talent needs
Managing employee survey and post HR interventions aligned to business priorities
Coaching Senior Managers and employees on “Career Progression Framework”
Creating forums for effective top down and bottom up communication for proper decision making.
