Participates in the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at the site of the plant
Actively participates in the transfer of responsibility of the site from Project to Operations, including clearance of punch list items to ensure safe and smooth start-up of the plant.
Prepares start-up procedures and organizational rules for the plant, Storage & transferring and Utilities facilities and leads their implementation on site.
Actively participates in the OJT of the young operators and in the coordination of the operations within the plant, Storage & transferring and Utilities facilities to facilitate safe and smooth start-up of the plant.

• Responsibilities are as follows:

• * Monitoring all alarms
• * Controlling all standard parameters :pressure temperatures levels flows chemical injection etc. as required .
• * start and stop all equipments : pumps, steam turbines gas compressors, propane comp. air comp. boilers .
• * preparing for shut down and start up activities
• *Monitor wells parameters

 4 trains consists of 4 Free Water Knock out, 4 heater treater, Degassing boots, Surge tanks, transfer pumps, lacts, 2 shipping tanks, 6 shipping pumps with the capacity of 25000bbls/d.
 water injection system with 6 reciprocating pumps capacity of 60m3/h at 130 bar pressure.
 Gas compression facilities.
3 Gas reciprocating compressors with 14 mmscf/day each at 600 psi HP gas . Total export is more than 42 mmscf/day.
 Dilution water system.
 Chemical injection system.
 Oil well operations
 Operating well head (BP -Beam pump )
