·Responsible for the maintenance and storekeeping of all inventory items kept in the warehouse.
·Direct, supervise and lead the work of all store personnel in the material warehouse.
Reviews, verifies regarding the movement of inventory items.
In charge of receiving the Home Appliances and Electronics items as per the delivery note against our Purchase order.
Stacking the accepted material as per material category.
Updating locations and receipt quantity in the system.
Handling Updating Return to Stock.
Generating Rejection / Shortage / Damage & Overage Report through Oracle based Package (Merlin) System.
· To issue materials on first come first out basis.
· To check and locate the new arrival of electronics items and spare parts.
· To check and maintain proper arrangement storing of electronic items in designated storage facility.
· Processing Inventory Documents like GIR, ITN, DO & PD’s.
· Preparing of Inventory reports like Location Stock lists, Stock Aging, Stock movement repots etc, .
· Assisting Import & Export operations
· Reconciliation of counts with Merlin System.

Responsibilities:

Stock Management
 Properly receive and store the products in the stock locations according to Company guidelines
 If the case during a delivery, manager the claims within the day.
 Completely understand and undertake the internal store transfer of merchandise and intercommunications between different LV entities according to company guidelines
 Understand and manage the stock level of Best Sellers, Medium Sellers, Slow Sellers
 Maintain the stock areas clean, tidy and organized according to Company guidelines
 Understand and carry out the roll out of fiscal stock inventories and report and adjust discrepancies
 Understand and carry out the roll out of stock ticks and report / adjust discrepancies on a monthly basis.
 Understand the procedure of retrievals defective / defraichis / obsolete / destock and follow-up of AAA status ( waiting for credit notes)
 Control and correction of forced sales in the retail system (RMS)
 Internal movements (replenishment), reservations and other stock movements follow up.
 Internal documentation to be used in case of audits.

Product Maintenance
 To be aware of the product’s value and treat the product in accordance with it
 And ensure that the rest of the team treats the product correctly.

Store and customer service
 Understand that the stock is always oriented towards the store and the customer service
 Provide all the products with the corresponding price and a barcode in order to help the sales assistant during the sales ceremony
 Maintain a safe and clean store environment, implementing daily housekeeping duties and keeping items in their felts and drawers.
 Avoid having items out of their original place.

Additional Responsibilities
 Accurate & Timely Inventory / Stock taking as assigned every month for different product categories.
 Monthly vendor’s bills were maintained and send to Head office for payments.
 Weekly & Month-end individual product category Inventory reports to Head Office.
 Assisting in Store Audits and also attended other stores audit in India.
 Helped in other store activities like maintenance, window display change and store events.

 Attended the My-Store Reverse (MSR) training held in Mumbai.
 Attended the LV-Signature & Induction training held in New Delhi.
