Assist and support Senior Director in all routine functioning and deliverables.
Collating and analyzing of data from various sources.

Prepare Presentation and MIS Reports on Stake Holders meeting and Advocacy updates.
Schedule and arrange Meetings & Conferences. Prepare Agenda and Minutes of Meetings.
Travel Management-Domestic & International.
Independently handle and oversee Sr. Director’s desk.
Manage all financial matter.
Liasioning Job:
Arrange appointment with top Bureaucrats and Senior Government officials.
Facilitate all VVIP, VIP and Senior Officers who visits Max Hospital for medical check-up.
Meet OSD, PPS and PS to Minister, MP, and Senior Officers and maintain good and healthy relations.
Acknowledge the officers on Birthday, Promotions, Transfer and Retirement.
Manage the entire office of Group MD.
Participate in meetings, note key points and prepare minutes of the meetings.
Prepare various MIS on monthly basis, which represents work flow and cost.
Maintain and update all confidential data.
Interact with different stake holders and do internal follow-ups.
Manage complex calendar in effective manner and keep informed about all forth coming events.
Take care of all travel itineraries. ( International and domestic)
Independently oversees all emails, correspondence and feedback. And take help whenever required.
Raise all financial bills and keep track of all payments.
Circulate IOM (Inter Office Memo) and escalate all works assigned by MD.
Co-ordinate with consultant for manpower requirement and selection of profile for MD.
Co-ordinate with HR team on Performance Appraisal.
Assisting Vice President-HR in all routine functions & office administration.
Travel Arrangements and reservations.
Making MOM.
Screening resumes and shortlisting profiles as per JD.
Prepare personal files of all new joining.
Process offer letter and appointment letter in consent with HR Manager.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR MIS for Vice President-HR.
