* Leading the team, prepare the schedule for the whole month.

* Supplier Management: Handle all supplier relations including current services, maintenance contracts, new requested services and evaluation of suppliers.
* Follow up all the projects in IT (exchange 2007, OCS, Efax, internet, intranet and Oracle database)
