Working as a Customer Service Adviser, providing the service both in English and Arabic language. Responding promptly and efficiently to customers’ queries, complaints, etc. Worked on a project for Coca-Cola company.
I took care of the safety and well-being of the valued Qatar airways customers. This was an excellent experience and it taught me a lot about working ethics and discipline.
Worked as a PR officer and a Clearance officer. I was building up my experience in working and efficiently communicating with people, ever since I have been passionate about working with people.
