I am an Mechanical Engineer in Construction Industry. And My work Responsibilities are :-
• Responsibility to arrange inspection with consultant and client engineer.
• Implementation of specification given in tender drawings.
• Helping in preparation of shop drawings partly and full drawing to get approvals from consultant and authorities.
• Ability to read the drawing.
• Ability to prepare Bills and ability to follow up final Bills.
• Making daily and weekly progress reports.
• Equipment selection, duct and grill sizing, refrigerant piping.
• Ability to Execute Fire Fighting (Sprinkler and Fire Hydrant) and Plumbing work.
• General supervision and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning.
• Monitor, verify, and document the work being performed through site engineers.
• Generate/Review material requisitions, submittals, and ensure contract performance measures are met.
• Ensure that all mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan
• To handle the complete Mechanical installation, testing, commissioning.
• To monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
• To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and Procurement department activities.
