• Managing, planning and monitoring Utility Function operations including water treatment, HVAC, and BMS processes .
• Carry out maintenance and handle trouble shooting related to chillers, compressed air, boiler HVAC, Water treatment systems.
• Administering and promoting energy saving practices and directing the optimization of maintenance operational cost.
• Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Engineering function
• Ensuring the provision of proper buildings and infrastructure for plants and other service functions.
• Managing and controlling utilities budget allocation and expenses.
• Managing and administering the provision of adequate supplies, spare parts and equipment for all utilities.
• Maintaining the effectiveness of building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilating, boilers…etc.
• Perform periodic maintenance and solve all problems for water system.
• Supervision periodic chemical test for water system.
• Perform and conduct research work and studies on water system which lead to solve many problems and developed its performance.
• Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation
• Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
• Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
• Assume responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes in the plant
• Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labeling and record keeping
• Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
• Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly

To implement the water analysis regarding chemical analysis issues.
To update the methods of analysis.
Calibration and operation of instrument related to the nature of this work .
Training new employees.
Participate in some activities of research, and development department.
My duty in this company describes as to analysis finished products, raw material enter company, environmental conditions (chemical analysis for water in facilities correspond to the factory), Make sure that finished products out in good shape for customers.
