In lieu to my job experience working as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, & Manager’s Secretary in the field of Trading, Retail, Islamic Centers & National Guard Health Affairs. I believe that I have acquired or attained the experience that is needed to provide a certain institution with high levels of administrative support, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, travel arrangement, scheduling meetings & appointments, providing meeting agenda & taking meeting minutes, clerical duties, managing hardcopy/softcopy files categorized into departments & sections with reference no., monitoring employee attendance, tracking incoming and outgoing mails, as well as coordinating and supervising the duties of the lower levels.
In addition to that, I have work closely with the Executives and Department Directors to provide them information needed for their respective work flows. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments in an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I can work with office personnel to assist them in resolving technical issues and implementing technical enhancements.
