Do the requested reports per management request, setup up new laptops/PC for employees, teach news employees how to use the company software and computer office tools and how to trouble shoot, doing data entry work, answer email requests or inquires. ( new job still in training started on the end of September 2014 )

Answer all the customers questions of PostaPlus services.
Resolve any issues.
Conducting and issuing Reports.

Being middle man between PostaPlus and other companies.
Instructing Customers how to use the services of PostaPlus, and how to use the website in English.
Teach/Instruct Customers how to do online Shopping.
Preparing Shipments.
