Position Title (Level) : network security Engineer
Main duties:
• Design and implement security measures to protect networks and systems from cyber threats.
• Conduct security risk assessment and vulnerability assessment to address and identify security gaps and weaknesses.
• Conducting Penetration Testing and Configuration review and Assessment based on security policies, best practices and benchmarks
• Conducting port scanning, vulnerability assessment, exploiting attempts to identify attack vectors.
• Monitor and manage security alerts and incidents inuding malware, viruses and breaches.
• Evaluate the security contrils of internal systems, networks, and applications.
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances to protect against threats
• Design and implement secure network solutions using Palo Alto and Fortinet technologies.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain security policies, rules, documentations, and configurations for firewalls and security systems.
• Identify web applications vulnerabilities like SQL injection, cross site scripting (XSS), Cross site request forgery (CSRF).
• Identify vulnerabilities in network devices, servers, workstations.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans to address security weaknesses and using automated scanning tools.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect data, systems, and network resources.
• Educate staff on security best practices, such as safe browsing, secure password management, and email phishing awareness.
• Manage user access control, ensuring that access rights are aligned with job roles and are regularly reviewed.
• Provide detailed reports outlining the findings, recommendations and remediations strategy.
• Analyzing security logs from security devices like firewalls, routers.
• Assess user accounts management, passwords policies, multi factor authentication.
• Check security patching, ensuring security devices software are up to date with the latest security patches.
• Deploy endpoint security solutions such as antivirus, antimalware and HIDS.
• Supervising, implementing and improving data security protocols (data saving, firewall, User Access right, backup, security for equipment and software, etc.) to ensure data security, availability, and immediate operational recovery and continuity in case of emergency.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and industry best practices.

Main duties:

Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of assigned product portfolio.

Conduct onsite and remote implementations of designed solutions

Commission, configure and test newly delivered solutions

Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ business and their technical environment

Managing, troubleshooting LAN network/ WAN Internet Access، Configuring, securing
computer online servers.

Maintain and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, stability, and performance
across all sites.

Successfully streamlined IT operations by migrating legacy systems to modern platforms
 Check, repair and replace faulty laptop hardware (HDD, monitors, mouses pad, keyboards etc.)
to ensure functionality.

Providing technical support/training related to ebda’3 systems, and train customers on how
to use them.

Providing network and communications support and assistance related to network
equipment (servers, routers, telephony, etc.) and software.

Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, backup/recovery procedures of MS SQL server
databases.

Support routine maintenance activities such as software updates, patches, and backups
Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects to improve operational
efficiency and security.

Provide awareness training on applications, and emails, database backup and internet
according to company policies and proactively avoid possible problems

Implementing and improving data security protocols (data saving, firewall, User Access right,
backup, security for equipment and software, etc.).

Installing, configuring, troubleshooting MS SQL server databases.

Providing steady procedures to backup/recovery customers online databases

Main duties:
• Providing technical support/training related to organization systems, and train customers on how to use them.
• Support and maintain a client-oriented approach with all relevant stakeholders to help to identify and prioritize information system and process requirements and implement strategy and process.
• Providing network and communications support and assistance related to network equipment (servers, routers, telephony, etc.) and software.
• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, backup/recovery procedures of Oracle Database.
• Providing and configuring IP cameras for company customers.
• Configuring Network Connection for customers Network devices.

• Installing, configuring of oracle 11 g database to use the company software

Position Title (Level) : Computer/Network Engineer
Main Duties:
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, and software applications
• Configure and manage network routers, switches.
• Deployment of enhanced and updated security patches and new software according to security best practices using WSUS SERVER.
• Installing and managing the data backup systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including those for security, disaster recovery, provide training to new staffs on IT policy and existing IT equipment use.
• Providing and testing customers CCTV/IP cameras system.
• Maintain the IT system includes Local Area Network, Wireless, printer and scanner
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices.
• Troubleshoot and fix daily issues related to Operating systems/software/peripheral devices or internet connection.
• Train users on how to install and use software on laptops.
• Troubleshooting and fixing any issues related to Operating systems/software/peripheral devices or internet connection.
• Coordinating with IT staff to supporting and training users in information sharing and using software.
• Installing and configuring operating system on agent offline computer.
• Maintain the IT system includes Local Area Network, Wireless, printers and scanners.
