• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
• Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.
• Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
• Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.

• Checking the readiness of Mobily branches & kiosk in Jeddah, Makkah & Al-Madinah for Hajj season.
• Send daily report to higher management with regards to continuing evolution.
• Coordinate with other departments to fill any deficiencies.

• Manage 3 main service centers in terms of application maintenance
• Found and build alternative solution for management challenges
• Maintain Database integrity and backup scheme.
• Supporting end users with required IT related Training.

• Isolate and diagnose common network problem.
• Setup Active Directory; security, users right, and VPN connection.
• Setup and manage; Firewall, VPN, Intrusion Detection & Prevention.
• Bandwidth Management for Applications & Services, Load Balancing & Failover
• Maintaining hardware and software equipments (purchase/inventory).
• Build and maintain a trouble shooting ticket system.
• Build and maintain web based IT inventory application.

• Training users on system.
