- Ensure implementation of field activities in line with project proposals

• Coordinate the implementation of Solid Waste Management project (from Waste to Wealth) funded by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and European Union (EU) through Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Where I am responsible for developing, implementing and reporting outreach activities for agriculture zone and awareness activities in Azraq district.
- Contribute to the process of development for project work plans with the assigned team.
- Report to the line manager the work progress monthly including implemented work, next week’s target, difficulties, problems and updates of the activities I am responsible of.
- Implement work plan for outreach and awareness components.
- Map and create a database including complete information on all available farms and ranches in the area including but not limited to their produce, volume of production, location and contact information.
- Prepare a list of potential farmers interested in trying the produced compost.
- Build local partnerships and communicated with the community to keep them appraised of any developments or issues.
- Conduct sensitization sessions on the benefits of organic compost.
- Draft and design the appropriate outreach materials including brochures to be disseminated to the farmers.
- Draft and design the appropriate awareness materials including flyers to be disseminated to the public community and commercial actors.
- Coordinate with governmental entities when and if needed.
- Provide capacity building and support to CFW workers and local cooperative staff as needed.
Coordinate the implementation of Solid Waste Management project funded by GIZ, where contribute on Cash for Work intervention and provide the needed support to strengthen the capacity building of the Women small business established in coordination with cooperatives. And engaging with key stakeholders to improve Sold waste management SWM in the designated areas.
- Provide leadership, accounting services and human resources management for the cooperative and CFW activities.
- Implement and ensure the performance of cooperative management
- Oversee the process of Cooperatives recruitment for CFW workers and team leaders.
- Provide technical gaudiness for cooperatives for and monitoring Cash for Work workers in the field
- Lead the process of setting up of Women Micro business (Plastic upcycling workshop) in coordination with the cooperatives within the targeted zones.
- Engage with different stakeholders: municipalities, cooperatives, scrap dealers, scrap pickers and the communities to improve SWM within targeting zone.
- Contribute and support the process of designing, setting up and the implementation of business development scheme ( finance and technical) activities aiming for enhancing social business within Value chain of SWM such scrap dealers, waste pickers and recycling businesses through a comprehensive approach includes capacity building; working environment, business and marketing and sub-grants scheme.
- Follow up and update the Filling and e-filing system for the project documents (contract, pay slips, etc..).
- Process CFW salaries and ensure that all document and procedures are aligned with Social security, labour law and Donor requirement.
- Ensured procurement planning, budget forecasting, and monthly reviews were done according to best practices.
Special assignment: Work as Gender focal point in Action Against Hunger since March, 2019 where I spend approximately 5% of my time working with Jordan Gender Champion on promoting gender-related initiatives and helping Action Against Hunger achieve the Gender Minimum Standards.
- Preparing and registering daily transactions into accounting system
- Preparing cheques, taxes statements and bank reconciliations
