• Responsible for incoming and outgoing personal effect, wheelchairs ( distribution, replenishment and stock level), dispatch EcoSec shipments to Syria and follow up for Syria incoming medical shipment, and stock position (Follow-up & distribution).
• Requesting and issuing transportation RO’s, ST and PO’s
• Identify appropriate transporters, prepare and distribute invitations for tender.

Import department (Freight Forwarder ) including :
• Daily tasks include responding to customers or shippers questions or in some cases complaints.
• Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location.
• Responsible for tracking of goods enroute to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.
• Preparing quotes for customers.
• Issue of the shipping invoices, also review sales and prepare reports for accounting manager comparing actual sales against targets set.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers such as carriers, warehouse operators and insurance companies and prepare tariffs for customers, ensuring the require profit margins as directed by the company are achieved.
• Preparing and processing documentation for international shipping, review documentation such as commercial invoices and shipper’s export declaration Bills of Lading.
