I have managed many projects within my work as a project manager, and among the tasks that I have undertaken are:
- It worked to reduce the financial costs of existing projects and increase productivity, which reduced
losses and maximized profits, as the annual productivity was 136 tons and was raised to 350 tons annually, and a loss of 120, 000 Jordanian dinars to a profit of 200, 000 Jordanian dinars.
- Restoring the existing project to the correct path, as I canceled many wrong procedures and replaced them with appropriate procedures that contributed to the improvement of work and productivity.
- I followed up on the progress of work, developed plans, and implemented them for many projects.
-Developing relationships with clients and companies, meeting with them, and managing communications.
I provide agricultural guidance and advice to clients in the field of agriculture, whether home gardens, productive farms, and follow-up work and make sure to achieve the desired in addition to answering clients' questions and inquiries and field visits.
- I designed and created an online store to display products and goods to the consumer using the Shopify platform.
- I was able to create and implement advertising campaigns for products through social media sites such as Facebook, to increase visitors and customers.
- Communicating with clients, answering their various inquiries, and solving problems and issues facing them.
I have planned and managed many agricultural projects in several locations in Jordan.
- Monitor the performance of projects and work to maintain them according to the set plan, monitor risks and develop plans to deal with them, in addition to analyzing problems and issues and working to solve them so that they do not affect the work of projects.
- Distributing tasks to project members, ensuring that the tasks assigned to them are implemented, and working on developing and managing the team.
