With a blend of a diverse team and a Strong commitment to Safty. My duties lies in three different areas:
-Rig work. -VSD/FSD trouble-shooting ang commissioning.
- Workshop
-Rig work:
* Conduct Risk assesment on the location and lead the safty meeting with the Rig crew and others.
* Make sure that all the equipments and consumables have arrived on location.
* Select the appropriate clamps and protectorlisers/ Bypass clamps for the ESP installation .
*Select the O-rings and coupling.
*Install the Down-Hole sensor.
*ESP Installation and Lay-down.
*Perform various cable sealing techniques such as Pack-off, QCI and Pig tail.
*Failure Analysis for the ESP during Lay down.
*Cable and Multi-Sensor checking during Run in Hole
*Cable splice (MLE to Power cable, MLE to RMS cable, Power Cable to Pig tail)
*VSD/FSD Drive set up and parameters calculation.
*verify rotation and get the Well back online.
*Preparation of the Pull/Run report and send it to the ESP Supervisor.
-VSD/FSD Trouble-shooting and commissioning:
* Conduct Risk Assessments on location and perform a "Tool Box talk" with my team-mate if any.
*Identify VSD/FSD faults.
*Locate the problem and attempt to repair either by Parts replacement or by parameters adjustment if possible.
*Perform a No Load Test, Shorted Output test and field Trips to make sure that Drive functionality is working well.
*Drive parameters calculation and set up
*Installation of ICM (in case ICS Drive) and prepare it for the SCADA Technicians.
*Installation of surface choke and multi-sensor panel .
-Workshop:
*Cable inspection and length determination
*cable Electrical check via megger/Hipot
*Cable splicing
*Multi-sensor testing
*Prepare cable report and send it to the ESP Supervisor.
*Capacitor Deck (for ICS Drive) and Capacitor Modules (for GCS Drive) rebuild and testing.
*Drive service for ICS and GCS drives. Which includes Inductors, Capacitors and tank oil change.
1-Helping in Gas Turbine generator Maintenance (Frame 7 and Frame 5)
2-Repair and maintenance of gas Train.
This was a shutdown operation which lasted for a month.
1-Installation of solar panels, batteries and Inverter at the clients end.
2- Calculation of load and battery capacity required.
3- Managing client’s requests.
4- Marketing our product to customers neighbors.
5- Solar PV and battery sizing.
Equipments:
Philadelphia Solar Panels, Tri-star Charge controller,
Graduate certificate in petroleum engineering, where the mode of study is distance learning, expected graduation as a Master Degree holder is on Oct 2021
1- Degree conducted by Stamford college, Malaysia 2- Recieved "Letter of appreciation" from Head of department.
