A- Full responsibility about the Projects Management:
1- Coordination and management of buildings maintenance units including full liaison with the main contractors and consultants.
2- Liaising with local authorities for design approval, project execution and handing over (including Dubai Municipality, TECOM, DEWA, Trakhees and RTA).
3- Management of project compliance with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions;
4- Management of NOC procedures for all activities onsite.
5- After signing the Contract, being in contact with the design department and the client (the owner representative, the main contractor, or the consultant) to define the exact scope and the final deliverables by issuing the final drawing for approval, and attending all the meetings related to our job.
6- After initiating the project, do the plan required for the procurement, the production, the delivery, the installation, the testing & commissioning, and the closing or the handling over.
7- Monitor & Control the execution of the project, and follow up with all the departments to be sure that everything running according to the plan.
8- Attending the meetings during the execution.
9- Closing the project and coordinate with the all parties to witness the 3rd party inspection.
10- Prepare the official handing over for the project.

B- Full responsibility about the production department:

1- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
2- Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
3- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
4- Working out the human and material resources needed;
5- Drafting a timescale for the job;
6- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
7- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
8- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
9- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
10- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
11- Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
12- Reviewing worker performance;
13- Identifying training needs.

C- Responsible about the Maintenance Department:

1- Follow up with the department on daily basis.
2- Make a daily plan to satisfy all the parties depending on the client importance to the company.
3- Approving the quotations.
4- Created a separate file for each new project or new supplied machine, or maintenance agreement, to know the designated dates for check up for each supply or project under warrantee, like a maintenance calendar.
