 Control the implementation, migration, spatial data design, spatial data development, spatial data conversion, editing, application design, development, map production, and spatial analysis, reporting.
 Provide professional advice on data transfer standards and systems for inclusion in contract documentation.
 Interaction with contractors and mentoring and training less experienced staff.
 Responsible for managing the planning, design, implementation and support of GIS-based asset management technology, practices, and organizational solutions.
 Provide advices and my experience to the staff and also to the managers along the time of project execution.
