• In charge of preparing, reconciling and analyzing the accounting records and financial reports of the Transport / ImpEx unit.
• Ensures that all invoices are relevant, not duplicated and paid in a timely manner.
• Advises on all issues related Transport / Impex invoicing.
• Liaises with Suppliers Finance Department

• Receives checks, cash, bankcards or other negotiable instruments in payment of fees or charges; verifies amounts and endorsements; issues receipts
• Conducts a variety of customer service tasks which may include providing account balances, transferring funds, tracking deposits and various record changes.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering or referring financial questions to correct supervisory staff.
• Update information to the customers on new banking products.
• Assisting customers with opening new accounts.

I didnt join the company because the visa was not issued on the specific period & I have to leave the country... So the decision was to leave & not going back there.

• Prepare a report to the director of the department to explain the status of sales, according to the invoices received and payment through papers of daily sales.
• Provide the director of the department with the financial information.
• Make the monthly reconciliation.
• Monitoring the credit policy to determine the customer’s credit limits.
• Follow-up to the sales tax on invoices and checking of tax returns.
• Follow-up inventory stores "stock" and make sure the numbers of officials of the inventory in the branches.
• Using accounting program " Quick Books "
