• Launching New deals for Clients for Sport / Fashion & Toys brands.
• Acting GM for the Al-Futtaim in Jordan.
• Ensuring that brand integrity is maintained throughout the store and high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.
• Ensuring that the store has a positive and supportive work environment and the staff are suitably recruited, trained and motivated to perform their jobs effectively.
• Ensuring the proper in-store stock control through liaising with the Buying department in order to meet the demands and requirements of the business and customers
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in the fashion retail industry, by visiting competitors in local market and reviewing trade magazines/ periodicals, in order to be able to recommend and contribute to the planning of the business and store' s objectives
• Maintaining the store display to a high standard and ensuring that all promotions are fully supported
• Through weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings with the management team, reviewing the results and making decision on corrective action
• Cultivating a proactive partnership with local authorities such as Government, Health Authorities & Labor/Immigration Departments, and developing a strong working relationship with Mall Management and external marketing teams
• Coordinating and approving all marketing issues - Meetings, proposals and plans.
• Managing 10 to 20 staff including managerial level.
• Manage Business strategies & activities from development to implementation to achieve Business objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date Competitor & Global Business trends knowledge.
• Develop internal & external relationships & negotiate to achieve Business objectives.
• Review Business critical information, make recommendations, communicate & facilitate solutions.
• Provide functional expertise & execute functional responsibilities.
• Leads customer research to define customer targets and marketing mix.
• Leads the development of new product concepts from conception through implementation.
• Creates and presents business case for new programs to support growth strategies and profitability targets.
• Full Accountability of P&L, Margin responsibility.
• Preparing stock order direct from the supplier and prepare all necessary CN based on Blocked orders.
• Negotiate stocks level with suppliers and filter bulks based on market demands.
