Conduct root cause analysis for areas of weak performance per products coupled with the necessary recommended corrective measurements.
Managing key customers / accounts, to ensure maximum business outcome and implementation of the Sales & Marketing plan.
Provide the top management with reports on a regular base to support Performance Measurement & Management process:
To- Market Sales Achievement report coupled with the related analysis sheets.
Stock Allocation per Distribution channel.
In-House Stock per product.
Update the production plan with the planning and production departments to ensure the availability of the needed stock per product.
