Responsible for the overall effective and efficient administration, assessment of Reinsurance Department (for all businesses written in Jordan, UAE and Kuwait - JIC is the only regional company in Jordan with 3 branches in United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Sharjah and a branch in Kuwait) and in accordance with the professional management procedures and reinsurers excellence standards for all businesses written in Jordan, UAE and Kuwait. including but not limited to:
Hands-on experience in providing and managing reinsurance brokerage services and remarkable knowledge of insurance industry practices, reinsurance braking, reinsurance pricing analysis, and structuring of insurance solutions
Profound knowledge of reinsurance treaty placements, sales methods and negotiation process with good familiarity with local and global reinsurance markets.
Excellent understanding of principles and applications of reinsurnace and capability to actively participate in designing the Reinsurance Treaties with very good command of underwriting (Property, Speciality Lines, Financial Lines).
Organized and systematic with proven interpersonal and relationship building skills, and proficiency in handling various information and system management software and programmes
Fast learner with good reasoning, understanding and building logics with an ability to adjust effectively to unfamiliar conditions
Possessing good research, development and analytical skills relating to processing cases under the company rules and regulations
A self motivated and confident with inquisitive mind and insatiable thirst for knowledge in keeping updated on the latest development in process & procedure in Insurance & Reinsurance domain and implementing in the organization to get an edge over the competitors
Gelling and to work in-sync with reporting staff and honor directives from senior Management for better performance and understandings; gifted with positive smart and cheerful personality
Persistent, perseverance, enthusiastic, hard task master and ethical with leadership capabilities and attention to details; carries an unsullied image of integrity and honesty

Business Development
Servicing the needs of clients (Insurance Companies) and managing the relationships with the class underwriters of different Reinsurance companies through transparent and effective communications.
