 Product Engineer Scope
• Designing, modeling, and testing prototypes for IP, MPLS, Cloud and SD-WAN products, such as POC documentation and trial runs.
• Conducting research and creating design proposals for new products and adopting new technologies.
• Responsible for network upgrade Plans and optimization according to transformation strategy and business demands.
• Creating concepts, performance, and production criteria for new products, and maintaining this throughout products life cycle.
• Identifying and selecting materials needed for production, specifically BOQ construction with partners and contribution to vendor selection.
• Maintaining Process and Product documentation - such as Product descriptions, SLA documents, Product brochures, Service Order forms, Operations manuals.
• Maintaining product features enhancement and development during product lifecycle
• Listing costs involved in production and implementation.

 Solution Architect Scope
• Involving with presale’s Technical and commercial response for big projects and strategic deals
• Providing technical solutions and design documents (HLD and LLD) to Operation and Service delivery teams according to customer requirements
• Tenders, Bids, RFP’s and RFI’s management for Big accounts, Governments RFPs and Sophisticated solutions.
• Proposing network optimizations and introducing new network elements and technologies to support market and customers’ demands.
• Participate in setting a standard modeling for all enterprise solutions.
• Interface between sales/ pre-sales and the rest of company to provide the necessary solution.
• Prime for NNI partnership strategy and POC for all Inter-provider NNI connections with service providers
• Managing B2B solution, infrastructure, and integration.
• Customizing NOC capabilities and skill set to handle new Enterprise solutions and services

• Responsible for configuring, activating, upgrading & changing in MPLS backbone
• Activating Internet International, Local peeing and Inter-AS Circuits
• Design and deploy CDN systems in TE Network
• Handling OS migrations & Upgrades for Backbone devices with sophisticated & sensitive
plans to avoid & minimize any impacts.
• Manipulating traffic advertisement across IP International circuits
• Making HLD/LLD documents for any new project/feature applied in Backbone
• To provide subordinates with all the necessary technical support and guidance within the
department.
• Manipulating traffic advertisement across all IP transit circuits & provision them to attain
optimal BW usage.

•Monitor Transmission links utilization and plan Installations and upgrades accordingly to meet the increased traffic utilization and capacity requirements
•Consulting Enterprise Provisioning Team with new solutions that can optimize & enhance the performance of Enterprise Services
• Activating new core and distribution transmission.
• Activating new core & distribution network devices (Routers, Switches)
• Monitor and track the network devices CPU process utilization and plan the solution to solve.
• Escalating sophisticated problems arising in implementation to vendor technical assistance
• Issuing RMA for faulty & damaged HW referred by technical Cases with vendors

•Reporting to Administrator Network Engineer
•Participating in Planning and Implementing the Enterprise Solutions over Fiber optics, frame relay network, ATM network, and point-to-point connections
•Responsible of any routing issues interior and exterior routing protocols (Static, RIP, EIGRP, and BGP)
•Monitor and mange traffic utilization between Core & Distribution sites
•Join in Planning and Implementing of the international connections
