* Recognize and understand the City’s needs, reviewing the RFP and making suggestion for project deliverables.
* Assembled procurement packages for quantity take off for structural/track work such as concrete volume, reinforcement
rebar, piles, and girders to be sent to different sub-contractors.
* Coordinate City permits, licences and approvals and schedule engineering drawings.
* Assisted the project construction manager in developing and updating project bid master schedule using MS project.
* Created 3D model of staging drawing and laydown using Sketch Up and AutoCAD.

* Gave a private tutorial each week that covers practice problems related to the topic
* Taught the students the critical thinking, the way to tackle and find the tricks in each problem
