-Account Management: This includes thoroughly helping the Finance Manager allocate and manage substantial budgets to assure that expenses requirements for all divisions and projects are met.
-Procurement-Affiliated Tasks: Participating in planning and handling several contracts offers to decide the most suitable for multiple projects.
-Administration: Communicating with the representatives of different departments to assure that the desired support for each office is provided, as well as providing field mission support to staffers, like determining daily expense allowance or per diem.
-Visibility Studies: I contributed to providing clients with the market information needed to assure the best start for their operations. This includes after sale services, assuring that the client’s goals were met, my part in which included conveying new demands to management and mediating with the customer.
-Market Research: Monitoring publically available information to base conclusions to enable management to take the best decisions.
-Auditing: This includes drafting reconciliation balances to resolve outstanding and/or pending balances. This also includes certifying invoices, vouchers, and daily accounts’ entries, assuring that everything is properly recorded.
