• Handles the procurement activities of the company/customers requirements within established purchasing procedures by receiving Purchase Requisitions from end users/engineering units, examining price suitability, comparing specifications, identification of Aramco approved materials, receiving quotes/bids to fulfill affirmative action, value analysis and other objectives. Closely monitor/follow up RFQ’s issued to suppliers, prepares weekly progress reports of RFQ’s issued and received to concerned departments; Prepares and reviews Commercial Bid Tabulations of quotations received, Service and Purchase Orders.
