I work with SBM as a Software Project Manager at the Royal Commission for Jubail.
Missions:
• Identify key deliverables based on business requirements and in order to manage customer expectations and direct the achievement of project goals.
• Perform cost benefit analysis to make sure that the project is aligned with the expected goals and business value.
• Work with key stakeholders to create project charter, Project documents & procurement documents (RFP, RFQ, IFB).
• Work with team members to create scope, schedule & cost baselines and detailed project management plan.
• Conducting risk identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling
• Acquire manage and develop project resources.
• Perform quality assurance to make sure that project work is done in accordance to quality standards and the appropriate procedures are being followed.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships in order to receive continuous support and manage their expectations
• Monitor project work and continuously measure performance and compare it to approved baselines to identify and quantify any variances and corrective actions.
• Control scope through the formal change processes and work closely with project team and management to avoid scope creep.
• Validate deliverable with with clients and gain approval.
• Supervise handover and training.
• Obtain final and formal acceptance from the client.

• Providing the technical and development support to the Compounds Management and leasing contracts system (In-house Developed Softwares)
• Applying the implementation for the Oracle ERP system JD Edwards 8.12 (GL, AP, AR, FA, Personnel and payroll)
• Providing Technical and development support for Oracle JD Edwards 8.12 ERP system through the OneWorld development tools and JDE report writer.

I had the pleasure to develop a set of huge Integrated Software modules called the Smart Business Suit which included the following: ASP.NET2005
Accounting General Ledger, Customers Account Receivable, Suppliers Account Payable, Fixed Assets module, Inventory module, Personnel and Payroll, Transportation and Custom clearance System.
Besides developing and providing the technical support I also was responsible about applying the System Implementation over more than 13 different Projects.
